Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Scope of This Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by spotvibrox, including professional video operation training, live signal management courses, content distribution programmes, camera work instruction, and the creation of reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. It covers every transaction made through our commercial website by customers located in the United Kingdom.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. Value Added Tax at the prevailing UK rate is included where applicable. Any additional charges such as transaction fees or optional add-ons are shown clearly before you complete a booking. We reserve the right to adjust prices for future bookings, but confirmed orders remain at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and approved digital wallets. Payment is authorised at the point of booking. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways that encrypt your financial details. spotvibrox does not store card numbers or bank account information on its own systems.

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when you receive an email confirmation after submitting payment details. This confirmation summarises the service booked, the price paid and the scheduled delivery dates. Until that email arrives, no contract exists and you may cancel without penalty.

Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the date of confirmation to cancel most services. Digital content and live-streamed sessions that begin within this period may be non-cancellable once access is granted. You must notify us in writing within the cooling-off window to exercise this right.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available for cancellations made before service commencement, minus any non-refundable deposits. Once a course module, live signal feed or camera session has started, fees are generally non-refundable. Promotional offers and gift vouchers cannot be refunded except where required by law.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference, the reason for cancellation and supporting evidence if relevant. Include your full name, address and preferred contact method. We acknowledge receipt within two working days and may ask for further information.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification

Our team reviews each request against the terms of this policy. You will receive a written decision within ten working days. If approved, a refund confirmation follows. If rejected, we explain the reasons and outline any appeal process available under UK consumer law.

Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Processing usually takes five to ten working days, though bank transfer refunds may require up to fourteen days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Services

Access to recorded training modules or subscription feeds begins immediately upon payment confirmation. You expressly consent to this immediate performance, which removes the standard 14-day cancellation right for that content. Ongoing subscriptions may be cancelled at any renewal date with pro-rata refunds where appropriate.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails, we contact you to arrange an alternative method. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically. Chargebacks are treated as cancellations and may result in service suspension. Suspected fraudulent activity leads to immediate account review and possible referral to law enforcement.

Mandatory Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations or UK GDPR. If a service is not of satisfactory quality or does not match its description, you remain entitled to repair, replacement or a price reduction regardless of our commercial terms.

Contact Route, Policy Changes and Last-Updated Date

For questions about payments or refunds please use the contact form on our Contacts page or write to [email protected]. We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or business practice. The current version date appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
